Me and my "mate" Bill Gates have had a little tiff this week. Normally i would defend him and my prized xbox 360 to the hilt against all the haters who say PS3 is better blah blah blah. For the record what do you expect PS3 was delayed that often they had plenty time to make it better FOOLS! anyway thats off topic.
The point is on Wednesday 22nd August my xbox went man down with a hardware failure which ment it had to go away to the fixed. So the next day I found myself £65 out of pocket and without my xbox which had been taken from me. For what felt like forever i sat watching TV (sky just ain't the same when you realise how many repeats are on!) and surfing the net. However on Tuesday 11th September i was very happy to receive back my fixed beloved xbox 360 along with a complimentary months subscriptioin to xbox live and a nice letter telling me it had been fixed (aparently the motherboard failed) and it had passed "extensive manual and computer generated tests" Great i though. That was until approx 11:30pm on Wednesday 12th September when it packed up again and i experienced the dreaded "RING OF DEATH"

This means its kaput basically. Its got to go away again to be fixed, its being collected from work today in the same box it came back to me in! When i asked the nice lady on the phone (BTW microsofts cusomer support cente is based in te Phillipines ive been told WTF!!!) about getting my money back for the shoddy repairs she said it was company poilcy not to give refunds plus i had agreed to pay as it was out of warranty! WTF was i going to do leave it to wrot? STUPID YOU KNOW WHAT!
So in my disgust ive written to Microsoft UK expressing my anger and asking that someone gets in touch with me regarding a refund for what is a very unproffesional service.
