St George's Day: World Exclusive Trailer - Hooligans, Fighting & Keeley Hazell!
Football hooligan films have gotten a little dry lately, haven’t they? Luckily for us all, this one features something that the others don’t to freshen it up a bit.
And that something is Keeley Hazell and her 32E jubblies.
The Lewisham-born ZOO legend doesn’t feature alongside a couple of cockney geezers scrapping over a turd-stained alleyway or their so-called turf. No, no, no - St George’s Day features international firms at war with each other, fighting for hard drugs and cash.
Keeley Hazell pops up in a club scene in the trailer, but we're promised a bigger role in the full film. Check out the picture of Keeley below if you blink and miss it!
The crime thriller is directed by Frank Harper, who you’ll undoubtedly recognise from Lock Stock, Football Factory and pretty much any other British film that requires an ‘ard mush. Harper plays one of two infamous gangster cousins at the helm of the London gangster scene, who have the unfortunate task of calming down the Russian Mafia. After they’ve sold a shipment of their cocaine. Whoopsie.
And as if they aren’t already swimming up a turd river without a paddle, the firm decide the best way to go about paying back their debt is with a diamond heist in Berlin - while The Three Lions take on "ze Germans" on St. George's Day. Which means taking hundreds of the UK’s hardest "Julius Caesars" across the Channel to fight across Europe and even in the Olympic Stadium.
St George's Day is out on 7 September!
