Taken 2: New Trailer Shows Liam Neeson Kicking More Arse Than Ever!
Since its release in 2008, Taken has set the bar at new heights for balls-out action in the cinema.
If, for some (unforgivable) reason, you haven't seen it, the simple premise of the film is this: Liam Neeson plays a badass CIA agent - Bryan Mills - who sets about tracking down his kidnapped daughter in Europe.
Cue guns, guns and more guns as Mills racks up a bigger death count than your all-time Call Of Duty record.
It's become stuff of legend, so we were over the moon when Taken 2 released its first trailer in June.
Quite brilliantly, Taken 2 looks like it'll be serving up more of exactly the same (think how The Hangover 2 compared to its original). This time, however, Mills himself is taken in Istanbul along with his wife.
The storyline is distinctly unimportant with a film like this, though - all we know is that there's going to be lots of guns, bullets and a sky-high kill count. And that does it for us.
Taken 2 hits cinemas on 4 October, so there's a little while to wait yet.
In the meantime, do you fancy securing the safety of your iPhone with the help of Liam Neeson and that spine-chilling speech? Then just set this as your lock screen wallpaper.
It's scary enough to make your nosey mum wish she had put her brown trousers on. Assuming she's seen the film, obviously. Otherwise she'll be wondering why the nice man from Love Actually is texting you, and you don't want that. It'll raise all sorts of uncomfortable questions.
