FIFA 13: Kinect Gameplay Trailer Shows Us How You Can Abuse The Ref!
FIFA has been leading the way in the field of football simulation ahead of Pro Evolution for a good few years now. And FIFA 13 looks set to continue that trend with the introduction of Xbox Kinect compatibility.
You will be able to shout team instructions at your players, make tactical changes and substitutions, The techy addition will allow us to essentially become our own touchline manager.
But best of all (you be the judge of that) is the “referee feedback feature” – which essentially means how the game reacts to your, er, outspoken thoughts on a ref’s decision.
In short, this means you can call the referee “f**king s**t” – and you’ll see your players surround the ref and berate him in disgust. You won’t be carded for foul language (which is realistic – otherwise Rooney would’ve never completed a game in his life), but it will alter the ref’s strictness level and affect your game career.
We’ll be honest – we’re glad there’s no cards involved. Otherwise every game would get abandoned at ZOO HQ.
FIFA 13 is out on all major platforms on 28 September!
