Assassin's Creed sold over 8m copies and the sequel, which relocates the action from the Holy Land to Renaissance-era Italy, looks all kinds of awesome. So it's hardly a shock it's being made into a movie.

The motion-captured trilogy contains three 14-minute films that follow the exploits of an assassin – specifically, the father of Ezio, who you’ll soon be playing as in Assassin's Creed 2 – as he offs corrupt officials in Florence.
