Make no mistake: the Enzo is a quick car. The only problem is that since it was launched seven years ago, a glut of much faster cars - the Bugatti Veyron, the Koenigsegg CCX, the Pagani Zonda F - have all hit the road.

Just as well then that the speed freaks at Edo Competition have given the Enzo a complete overhaul and put some serious lead in its pencil to create this, the awesome Enzo XX.

Enlarging the hand-made V12 engine to 6.5 litres and fitting it with a new induction and exhaust system has boosted power by 170bhp to a staggering 800bhp!
