The List

Wednesday's TV: Excellent Apprentice
From 6am Sky Box Office - Stardust
It's a love story. It's a fairytale. It sounds like something you'd want to avoid. But, weirdly, it's not. Huge fun, thanks to a cast crammed with Brit comedy cameos (Gervais, Walliams), Robert De Niro as a fruity pirate and Claire Danes looking hotter than ever as a fallen star.
6pm Sky Movies Premiere - An Inconvenient Truth
Green crusader Al Gore explains what's wrong with the world's climate, what's going to happen and how we can change it. It's worrying stuff when you realise two years have passed and little is being done. Especially by America and China. Gulp.
9pm BBC One - The Apprentice
Instead of making contestants start a new business - will Sir Alan really need the winner to set up a gastro-pub in one day? - he's testing their creativity and business skills by getting them to design greeting cards and pitch ideas. Step up to the plate, Margaret - fire that posh beret woman!
10.35pm ITV1 - Dexter
Dexter's called to the scene of a massacre unlike any he's ever faced before. Or so he thinks, because it brings back some terrifying repressed memories. Watch out for the scene where Deb and Doakes arrive at the hotel. A camera can clearly be seen reflected in their car windscreen.
