Who Is Britain's Greatest Sportsman? We Want Your Votes!

Britain's Best Sportsman vote 2012!

As you well know, we love our sport at ZOO.

This summer alone has kept us glued to loads of different sporting action on our teles, including Euro 2012, Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Oh, and there's also the small matter of that big ol' sporting extravaganza happening in the capital later this month.

But all of this has led to a vigorous debate in the ZOO office: just who is Britain's current best sportsman?

There's countless of candidates you could choose from - like Manchester United and England striker Wayne Rooney; medal-winning athletes like Mo Farah, Dai Greene, Jessica Ennis, Victoria Pendleton, Rebecca Adlington and Sir Chris Hoy; Tour de France cyclists Mark Cavendish and Bradley Wiggins; Wimbledon finalist Andy Murray; championship winning drivers Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton; boxer Amir Khan; and Ashes-winning cricketers James Anderson and Alastair Cook.

They are just some suggestions, but we want to know what YOU think. Have a think, ask your mates and get voting using the form below! Just remember: no votes for the likes of Sir Bobby Charlton - even if he proved he still had the legs for it when he ran with the Olympic Torch...
