Spurs bring in Russian!
Tottenham signed Russian striker Roman Pavyluchenko from Spartak Moscow for £14m. The 26-year-old was Russia’s top scorer at Euro 2008 with three goals but is cup-tied till the later stages of the Uefa Cup.
Tottenham also took Man United youngster Frazier Campbell on a season-long loan as part of the Berbatov deal.
