Pot Noodle is launching it's new Mr Chu's Golden Noodle No7 Sticky Rib flavour - and what better way to let everyone know about it than to teach us kung-fu?

We sent ZOO man over to see if we could crouch like a tiger and hide like a dragon, in case we ever needed to defend ourself in a closing time punch up.

The 'Sifus' - or instructors - Paul and Alan showed us a couple of different techniques of how to protect yourself if a big, drunk bloke kicks off because he thinks you looked at his girl.

We also got the opportunity to fulfill a boyhood dream and punch through a piece of wood, as well as no one's boyhood dream of punching through some noodles.
