Become a 'Hot topic' or a 'Favourite'?

I'm really intrigued by how u join the two above lists?? u look at some of the profiles in these lists and some of them have no friends, hardly any comments or any posts...so how dya do it?!?!?

I'm determined to succeed...any help u shexy peeps?!?!
