Although I kind'a sympathise with truegent's point from 2/10/09 I also think that a boob job can come off looking alright. In this case I can't help thinking that the end result is a little out of proportion with the rest of her, though there are natural girls that have masive breasts compared to a skinny body so I don't know, You decide.
