I used to like it really well-done and burned to a crisp, but then I went to a good restaurant and they brought it out rare. It was gorgeous. That’s how I have it all the time now.

What’s your favourite chocolate?

I’m addicted to Boosts. I get up at 3.30am for work most mornings and someone said to try a Red Bull and a Boost to give me energy. It worked and always makes me extra hyper.
