The 28-year-old mum of four with the crazy family history has her every move followed by glossy mags and tabloid papers across the land.

Now, in her most shocking move yet, the former lap-dancer has undergone £15,000 worth of plastic surgery to get herself back to her sexy best, with everything being filmed for an MTV show - including this world exclusive interview with ZOO...

So, do you like your new look?
I love it! I actually cried at first because I was so shocked. It is a big difference - but as the weeks have gone by, my waist has got smaller, my boobs have been healing and now I can wear size 10 tops! I couldn't even get my tits into them before! Before the surgery, I was a GG - now I'm an E.

Do you feel different?
Oh yeah! I feel sexier, my confidence has come back and everyone keeps telling me how amazing I look, which is really cool.

Have you ever done a shoot like this before?
No. To be honest, before I did this shoot, I thought I was going to lose my contract with Iceland - so I was shitting myself! But I'm definitely a ZOO fan now. The pictures are really nice and classy. I'm impressed!

We're told you're engaged in a "war of words" with Jordan. What's that about?
There was a story that I was going to write a book about her. That's hilarious - and bullshit. I've only met her six times. What the hell could I write about her?

But weren't you a bridesmaid at her wedding?
I think that was just because OK! offered her more money if she had celebrities there. I actually wish her all the best. But I just wish she'd stop playing up to the press!

Is it true you've wasted all your money on buying 20 cars?
That's all bullshit. We've got three cars - a Porsche Cayenne, the new Mercedes and a Chrysler for the nanny. That's it. We just trade them in. People say we're spending millions on the cars, but they've all been straight swaps!

And what about your tax bill and being bankrupt?
I thought I was paying my tax, but it turned out I hadn't paid enough. So I've had to pay half a million in tax in six months! The whole bankruptcy thing wasn't my fault. I have been declared bankrupt but it's getting annulled soon and I'm taking legal action against some people over it.

Is your life as mental as it seems?
There were 10 photographers outside the salon when I was getting my hair dyed blonde the other day, which is hilarious. I'm just a girl from Warrington! I used to be a lap-dancer, a BT sales advisor, a shoe shop assistant and I worked in a chippie - and now I'm being told I can't go outside because I've dyed my fucking hair and the paparazzi are out there!

Why do you think people are so interested in you?
Your guess is as good as mine! Celebrity life is like a soap opera. The press are the directors and they give us celebrities a character. They killed Jade off a few months ago after the racism thing in Celebrity Big Brother - but they've brought her back now. It's like Harold Bishop from Neighbours: they killed him off and brought him back. Now they've done the same thing with Jade! It's what they do - and every week, you get to watch the best episode.

Is it difficult to trust people?
I don't trust anyone any more. I let people into my life, but I expect them to do the dirty. Even my mother-in-law said I was trying to make her bankrupt. Mark [Kerry's husband] lent her some money and asked for it back. That was it. It had nothing to do with me. She's a sad old cow. She even slapped me on New Year's Eve, too!

Do you regret not admitting to doing cocaine when you first had the chance?
My big mistake was when the News Of The World found out I'd been doing cocaine - and I was advised not to admit it. So it was my own fault. I should've confessed. But no one wants to admit to something like that, even though so many people are doing it.

How bad did it get?
I did get fucked off my head for quite a while. It got to a stage where I'd been up for five days straight, without sleeping. Eventually, I realised it was wrong and decided to sort myself out. I've been clean ever since.

Was it while you were in rehab for the coke that you were diagnosed as being bipolar?
Yes, while I was in there for coke, after splitting up with Brian [McFadden, her ex-husband]. I have an illness and I have to go to The Priory every now and again to get assessed. People think it's just me and drugs, but it's not. I loved going to rehab in Arizona because I got to see my life like it really is. It's where you find your inner self.
