When conducting high-level discussions to decide which ZOO girl we wanted to bring sunshine into our lives, there was only one perfectly-formed winner.

Our Welsh wonder Seren Gibson ticks all the boxes. Exotic looks; heaven-sent beach curves; golden tan: the 20-year-old has it all. And then we discovered that even her name hints at our favourite season!

So after tearing Seren away from the beach, we had a summer-themed catch-up with Wales' hottest-ever export.

ZOO's Interview With Seren Gibson!

Seren, not only do you have the perfect summer body, but we understand you have the perfect summer name, too?
ZOO, I didn't know you'd learned Welsh just for me! Yes, my full name is "Seren-Haf", which in Welsh translates as "Summer-Star", although being Welsh, "Haf" means "Summer" so it's the wrong way around!

So, were your parents hippies then?
A little bit, yeah. I think that might explain my liberal attitude towards nudity. It's genetic.

Yes, we had noticed your latest photoshoot is particularly shy of clothing. Did the nice weather inspire you to lose the kecks?
Ha ha, it's hardly like I'm usually buttoned up, is it? But being whisked off to Ibiza by ZOO and taken to all these beautiful locations certainly made me feel more comfortable parading around without much on! Summer is a sexy time, though... Oh, that makes me sound like Borat! But I do think everyone looks sexier when the sun is shining. Girls all have tousled hair, beautiful sun-kissed glows and lovely tans.

Would you ever be tempted to holiday at a nudist camp?
Definitely - I'm not just saying that either! I think it's a shame that only old people with dangly bits seem to holiday at them. I don't know what the big deal is about nudity and I wish young people were more comfortable, too! C'mon guys, let's just take it all off! Actually, ZOO enjoys celebrating gorgeous people. You could start your own nudist camp! I'd let you be on my volleyball team.

A very generous offer, Seren. So, would two weeks at a nudist camp be your idea of a perfect holiday then?
Well, maybe not at an actual camp. There's only so much table tennis a girl can stand. But there'd definitely be nudity involved. I'd go to a glorious Mediterranean island with a few select friends and find a perfect secluded beach. We'd then all tear off our clothes, prance around in the surf listening to music, get a camp- fire going in the evening, swig alcohol from bottles and...

Hang on, this is starting to sound like an orgy...
Ha ha! No, we wouldn't all start shagging! It'd all be very innocent and romantic. Although I'd definitely invite the ZOO girls down, too. They could spice things up.

Now we're definitely thinking beach volleyball...
It could be blondes vs brunettes. Amii Grove, Sam Cooke and Danni Wells against me, Emma Frain and Sammie Pennington. ZOO could be the cheerleaders! And provide first aid if any of us suffer boob-related black eyes!

No problems. We're very health and safety conscious here. Who would come out on top?
I think we'd win. We'd have Emma on our team, who's very athletic and wanted to be a PE teacher. Although Sam would be sneaky and try to cheat, I reckon! I can't imagine lovely Amii would be particularly good though, so maybe we'd sneak it...

You've clearly put some thought into this. We hear you've had a busy old summer this year?
Yeah, I got a bit tired of London life and I wanted to go off on a little adventure. So, I rented an apartment in Barcelona for a month, took Spanish lessons and pretended I was a sophisticated señorita for a while. I then hitchhiked around Morocco for another month, rode camels, smoked shisha (those giant herbal water pipes. Perfectly legal - Narcotics Ed) and ate lots of bizarre foods, which was quite an adventure! I'm not really the type of girl who enjoys sitting by the pool all day...

Surely you must enjoy the odd spot of sun-worshipping?
Oh, definitely. I've been on a mission this summer to ensure my boobs are as tanned as the rest of my body! I'd grown concerned that they always looked a bit pale in photos. The good people of Barcelona were greeted by the sight of me desperately trying to enhance my boob tan! They're probably pleased I've buggered off!

We wouldn't be so sure. What does the rest of 2008 hold?
Well, I'm so delighted to be back in ZOO. I've missed you guys loads! I've also got a few exciting projects lined up on the side, aside from university this year. I'm in the process of starting my own lingerie and swimwear line, called "Dolly".

We like your entrepreneurial spirit. What can we expect from Seren's Smalls - our alternative name for them...
Ha ha! They'll be very glamorous and inspired by the '40s and '50s Hollywood look. And they'll be extremely saucy, too. I'll obviously have to show them off to you guys first. Another ZOO exclusive!

We hope you'll be modelling them, too...
Definitely, you can't get rid of me that easily! It's been an amazing year since I first signed for ZOO and I am enjoying my modelling more and more with every shoot. I also love the fact that I'm not just known as the "student model" anymore and there are loads of other new girls who have also started modelling as students. It's good that the ZOO readers are treated to these ladies who've got both brains and great boobs! That was what I was trying hard to inspire all along! I'm a girl on a glamour mission!
