Hi guys, I know it's been a long time coming, but after weeks of healthy eating, cardio, lifting weights and half killing myself with sit ups every night, my bod is back in the sort of shape it was in last year .

So I have 2 photoshoots planned with a mate studying photography - one today and on Friday in a proper studio.  Sorry if this sounds arrogant, but you are going to be impressed when the pics of me as a chub get replaced.  There's one new one of me on my profile as well.
