This is a very public apology for ppl who will never read this.

I can only aplogise for my recent actions and behavior and say im sorry. I dont go out to hurt upset or offend but every now then i seem to find myself in that situation as i did this weekend, as my guilt took over today i did feel sorrow andphysically ill and was unable to eat or concentrate on the job at the at hand. But not sorrow fot myself but for those around me who this could indeed hurt, this all does make me wounder why so many ppl seem to speak so highly of me and want to spend time in my company.

Once again i can only say sorry and that if the truth comes out that you can forgive me.
